2-Week Challenge begins November 2nd

(the Monday after Halloween)

In this program we challenge you with daily mini goals relating to nutrition, exercise and stress management.  Track progress, compete against others (or just do it for yourself), and win prizes.  And best of all, feel your personal best.  

Don't be nervous... If you want to treat yourself to a cocktail or dessert, you still can.  This is not a bootcamp.  Instead, you are striving for balance and mindfulness to help creating lasting lifestyle changes.

Mini goals include (checkout video for full list):

  • Eating within one hour of waking
  • Getting 7+ hours of sleep per night
  • Cutting sweets out of your diet
  • Drinking 8+ cups of water each day
  • Working out each day for 20+ minutes
  • And more

For this challenge, we made some awesome improvements:

  • We created two brand new weekly menu plans with awesome recipes and shopping lists.
  • We added a community board for better communication.
  • We added zoom meetings for more accountability and support.
  • If you have kids (ages 7+), they can participate for free with their own checklist (sorry, no prizes for kids, but you can incentivize them at home, if you choose!)
  • We added an interactive tracker so you can see everyone's progress to help motivate you.

Also included: flexibility and core strengthening videos you can do from home.
