3 Month Customized Coaching Program with Betsy Markle, RD and Stacy Hinkel, CSCS
#1. The first thing we are going to do is get organized. What this means is we are going to look into all the areas of your life that are overwhelming to you. We will create a wellness organizer (with recipes, menu plans, shopping lists, your educational lessons, food logs, labs, and more). This will simplify your journey so you are never confused or floundering.
#2. Next is menu planning. You will have tons of sample menu plans and recipes at your fingertips but more importantly, we are going to create a personalized menu plan together. There are lots of details that go into menu planning.
PS: Betsy has new menu planning software so they are beautiful, but they also come with an itemized shopping list.
#3. Then, we are going to assess your exercise to help optimize your metabolism. Stacy will design a personalized and balanced fitness plan to fit your needs. And obviously, we want to make sure you like it (not too extreme) so you will stick with it.
Betsy will teach you how to adjust your food intake depending on your activity level.
#4. Throughout the three months we’re going to focus on your mindset and get rid of those limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck. We will permanently remove old cycles of sabotage, perfectionism, stress eating, and giving up. When your mind is at ease, you'll be able to stay on track (effortlessly).
