Hi!  I'm Betsy Markle, RD

I’m a Registered Dietitian, Holistic Nutritionist, and Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience helping women heal their metabolism and feel amazing in their bodies—naturally.

Early in my career, I followed the conventional “eat less, move more” approach, but I quickly realized it wasn’t that simple. Stress, chronic dieting, hormonal shifts, and autoimmune issues can all damage the metabolism.

My work alongside a world-renowned endocrinologist in Santa Barbara opened my eyes to a new way: when you nourish the body with real food balanced for your needs, consistent movement, and lifestyle shifts, the metabolism can heal.

Now, I help women get out of overwhelm and into a sustainable rhythm that supports energy, confidence, and long-term health. This is my life’s purpose—and I’d love to support you on your journey.

SCHEDULE YOUR MEALS (DAILY FLOW)

The #1 way to heal your adrenals and optimize your metabolism is through the right timing of your meals.  In this module, we create a realistic meal schedule that fits your lifestyle so you can feel energized and free of cravings. 

 

BALANCE YOUR MEALS + SNACKS

Time for a PERSONALIZED MENU PLAN!  Betsy will calculate your nutrition needs and create you a customized recipe book AND menu plan based on your symptoms, food preferences, cooking abilities, and family dynamic. ❓How is this different from other programs out there?

First, the Metabolism Mojo Coaching Program is NOT A DIET. Second, it's personalized. Clients have the full support of Betsy (Nutrition & Fitness Expert). She creates individualized meal plans and exercise programs that fit your needs, schedule and preferences. In addition, we work on your mindset so this balanced way of living sticks with you.  

❓How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete this program?

All you need is 1-2 hours/week.  The goal is to complete one learning module/week (~30-60 min) and one coaching meeting/week (~30-60 min).  

❓I'm going out of town...should I wait to start? 

The beauty of working with us is we are a small and flexible company. If you have a scheduled vacation, just tell us and we'll make adjustments to your start and end date to ensure you get 12 weeks of coaching even if you're gone in the middle of the program.

❓Is this a group program?

Yes, this is a small group coaching program—but it’s deeply personalized from start to finish.

We intentionally limit the number of participants so we can truly support each woman individually. You’ll receive ongoing 1:1 support woven throughout the experience, including weekly personal feedback and support, as well as customized menu plans, exercise guidance, and supplement recommendations tailored specifically for you.
